For hygiene and safety reasons, Edit Cosmetics does not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic or beauty products once they have been opened or used. We will however, gladly replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged or defective before opening. The cost for return shipping is R90.00
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your Edit Cosmetics order arrived damaged, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your package at info@editcosmetics.co.za or Whatsapp me on +27 71 351 9033
Include your order number, as well as a clear photo showing the damaged item and packaging. Once your claim is approved, I can arrange a full voucher to the value of your order.
